How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Anyone who contacts Serenovabeauty Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- How we handled your call or message
- How your personal information was treated
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one controls its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, a good first step is to contact the provider directly and keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Serenovabeauty Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@serenovabeauty.space and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you reached us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened and the outcome you would like
After You Write
We will confirm we received your email, usually within a few business days. Then we will review the matter, which may include contacting the provider. You will get a reply that explains what we found and any action we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state consumer protection office, your state attorney general or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
